  • Our pre-construction process begins with a free in-home consultation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your remodeling ideas and explore various options. We’ll listen to your needs and challenges to understand what you want to achieve. We’ll also take measurements and photos of the areas to be remodeled so that we can define the project scope clearly.

  • Throughout the design phase, you’ll meet with our designer, project manager, and the owner to finalize the details of your project. We’ll create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings that you can review to ensure everything meets your expectations.

    Once the design is finalized, our subcontractors will visit your home to gather the information needed for an accurate estimate. This allows us to present you with a detailed breakdown of the project costs.

    Now comes the exciting part! You’ll work with our designer to choose the products and finishes for your remodel. Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll provide you with a final contract price, giving you a clear understanding of the cost for your project.
